How do I use online support?
  1. Before you can use online support you need to register here. Registration is free!
  2. Once you are registered you can login with your email address and password at the top of the page.

I'd rather contact you via telephone. Why am I directed to use your website?

Like most companies TMSi totally understands that sometimes the good old telephone is simply the better way to communicate. However unlike most companies we don't think endless touch tone menus, outsourced call centres and thirty minutes of inane music is neccessarily the road to a happy customer. This is why when you contact us for support your call is answered straight away by our UK support centre, your issue recorded onto the tmsinsight.com support system and an estimated waiting period given before your ticket is opened by the correct department. That's it! Even if you do not yet have a tmsinsight.com account we create one for you automatically, and the only information we need is your email address (which will never be sold on for any reason).

This means no queues, no menus and no huge phone bill; you are informed by email when your ticket has been created and how you can access it online.

However, your support technician is still reachable by phone at absolutely any time*. You just need to access your support ticket either via tmsinsight.com or your confirmation email and choose the "call back" option. As soon as your support technician is available they will give you a call on the telephone number you specify. How easy is that?
