When booking in a prescription tto discharge and then you want to change it to another prescription type pre-screened tto. Tthe system then ignores all the activities and puts the prescription activity to complete. Can you get back to me on this matter

This thread is actually for issues with the website, in the future you should use the PTS section for PTS questions. However I checked this out for you yesterday with the developers and as I thought this is because the activity sequence for one prescription type might not match the other. They actually made a point of saying you should avoid using the feature when possible for this reason, and cancelling and recreating the prescription is usually the way to go.
