29 JUL 2011 11:04:25I have noticed upon producing a ‘completion time summary report’ the summary statistics show only the percentage for prescriptions completed within 30mins and doesn’t include the ‘30mins to an hour’ percentage.
Is this a common problem with this report or am I missing something?
