TMSi are delighted to announce our new Premium support contract, which is available now and will appear on our online shop later today.
The Premium contract offers a
saving of at least £530 per year.
In our recent support contract survey nearly two thirds of respondents were interested in a second tier support contract, to include amongst other things a free site visit at our customers convenience.
Based on this feedback we are pleased today to announce the details of our new Premium support contract!
For an extra £350 per year you receive the following benefits:
- One day on site for support, training or consultancy. Standard price: £880
- Free telephone calls to our helpdesk
- 5% discount on all hardware purchases
- 25% discount on further training days
Based on the site visit alone this represents a saving of £530 which we believe is an exceptional offer, with additional benefits to be announced at a later date.
