Support Contract Survey - Results

The results are in!

Thank you to everyone that took part; over 50% of you responded which we're extremely happy with and we think gives us a very good indication of how we are performing.

Just a short summary here with the full results soon to be available for download via the forum.
  • 91% considered our service provided excellent, good or satisfactory value for money
  • 94% found the ease of contacting TMS for support to be excellent, good or satisfactory
  • 81.5% considered the time-scale for resolution of issues to be excellent, good or satisfactory
  • 100% (yes, all of you!) consider the Client's Area easy to use or very easy to use
Following the survey we will be introducing some improvements and amendments to the service and to our contracts. Watch this space!


  • As you all know the server move went smoothly and our website and Clarity, ICE and PTS products now operate roughly 40 times faster!
